MRD Conducts Underwater Forensic Analysis

Field Trip Friday! Above and below-water site investigations for barge damage to our client's bulkhead and walers. Staff are performing a forensic analysis, watching the underwater video scanning for cracks and damage to the concrete sheet pile of the marina.
